Answer
Firstly, remember that the relationship between a husband and wife is based on mutual trust and understanding. Such issues should be resolved with mutual agreement so that neither faces difficulty.
Regarding the Shar’i ruling concerning phone usage, if the husband believes that his wife’s use of the phone creates an obstacle or causes disputes in their marital relationship, or if the wife uses the phone for impermissible purposes, then he may permit her to use it only in his presence and can forbid her from using it otherwise.
As for the matter of parents visiting the husband’s home, he can prevent his wife from inviting her parents daily to the house, as it is his home, and he has the authority over it. However, the husband does not have the right to completely prevent them from meeting, either by allowing the parents to visit his home once a week or by allowing his wife to visit her parents.
It is incumbent upon the wife to obey her husband in these matters, and both should help each other in leading a life in accordance with the pure Shari’ah.
In Bada’i al-Sana’i it is stated:
(Bada’i al-Sana’i, vol. 4, p. 23)
In Fatawa Hindiyyah it is stated:
(Al-Fatawa al-Hindiyyah, vol. 1, p. 556)
In Bada’i al-Sana’i it is stated:
