ANSWER:

There is no harm in using tools to help with Hifz (memorisation of the Qur’an) or learning Tajweed (rules of Qur’anic recitation). However, one must not place blind trust in these tools in such matters, because they can make errors in religious content. AI sometimes combines different ayaat (verses) into one, which must be taken into account carefully.

In short, use such tools with ihtiyaat (caution), as at times even a normal person may not easily detect the error. Therefore, the best and most preferred method is to learn these sacred sciences physically from experts in the field.
