ANSWER:

There is no specific sequence reported regarding cutting the toenails. However, it is better to cut them in the same order as the sequence mentioned for doing Khilal (passing fingers between the toes). That is, begin with the little toe of the right foot and end at the big toe. Then start with the big toe of the left foot and finish at the little toe.
