Allah spoke to the Messenger of Allah on the night journey using the voice of Sayyiduna Abu Bakar رضی اللہ عنہ ?

Yes, it is mentioned in various books of Sirah that on the Night of Mi’raj, our Master, the Noble Prophet ﷺ, was called out to in the voice of his beloved Companion, Sayyiduna Abu Bakr al-Siddiq رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ. This means that a form was created which resembled the voice of Sayyiduna Abu Bakr al-Siddiq رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ.
And the reason for this was to remove the feeling of alienation and apprehension from the pure heart of our Master, the Noble Prophet ﷺ, due to the grandeur and awe of the Divine Presence, because our Master, the Noble Prophet ﷺ, was quite familiar with the voice of Sayyiduna Siddiq al-Akbar.
It is stated in Al-Mawahib al-Laduniyyah:
ثم قلت: اللهم إنه لما لحقنى استيحاش قبل قدومى عليك سمعت مناديا ينادى بلغة تشبه لغة أبى بكر فقال لى: قف إن ربك يصلى «2» ، فعجبت من هاتين، هل سبقنى أبو بكر إلى المقام؟ وإن ربى لغنى عن أن يصلى، فقال تعالى: أنا الغنى عن أن أصلى لأحد، وإنما أقول:
سبحانى سبحانى، سبقت رحمتى غضبى، اقرأ يا محمد: هو الذي يصلي عليكم وملائكته ليخرجكم من الظلمات إلى النور وكان بالمؤمنين رحيما ، فصلاتى رحمة لك ولأمتك، وأما أمر صاحبك يا محمد، فإن أخاك موسى كان أنسه بالعصا، فلما أردنا كلامه قلنا: وما تلك بيمينك يا موسى قال هي عصاي ، وشغل بذكر العصا عن عظيم الهيبة. وكذلك أنت يا محمد، لما كان أنسك بصاحبك أبى بكر وأنك خلقت أنت وهو من طينة واحدة، وهو أنيسك فى الدنيا والآخرة، خلقنا ملكا على صورته يناديك بلغته ليزول عنك الاستيحاش، فلا يلحقك من عظيم الهيبة ما يقطعك عن فهم ما يراد منك.
