الجواب بعون الملك الوهاب اللهم هداية الحق والصواب

Answer

If a man and woman are offering their prayers separately but standing together, their prayers are still valid. However, it is better for them not to stand together but to maintain some distance between them, or for the man to stand a few steps ahead.

If a woman is standing parallel to a man, the man’s prayer will become invalid. However, there are some conditions:

The prayer must be in تحريمة مشترك, meaning the woman followed the man in prayer, or both followed an Imam, even though they did not start together. If both pray separately, it will not be invalid but disliked.
