Answer
Wudu is obligatory for tawaf, so if wudu breaks during tawaf, it must be performed again. If wudu breaks after the first round, you have the option to resume from where you left off after renewing your wudu and only complete the remaining rounds, or you can start the tawaf anew, although it is not necessary to restart. If wudu breaks after four rounds, you must resume from where you stopped and complete it without restarting the tawaf from the beginning.
As mentioned in Bahar-e-Shariat, “If you went away to pray Janazah prayer, obligatory prayer, or to renew your wudu, then come back and continue from where you left off, completing the remaining rounds; there is no need to start over from the beginning. Even if you chose to resume, you do not need to start from the Black Stone.”

And if wudu breaks during Sa’i, it is not obligatory to renew the wudu because Sa’i is valid without wudu, though it is preferable to be in a state of wudu. You should resume the Sa’i from where you left off.
According to Fatawa Hindiyah, “The basis is that every act of worship that does not have to be performed in the mosque does not require purity, such as Sa’i.

Bahar-e-Shariat states, “It is preferable to perform Sa’i in a state of wudu.”
