Question

Is ghusl farz if his child pee on him mistakenly while taking him to the toilet? Also is ghusl farz when mistakenly some drops of pee fell on your clothes or body while doing istinja?

Answer

Ghusl is not farz in all these above situations.

When child pee on your clothes or body just wash that part of the body or clothes, you have no need to do Ghusl.

Actually it is a misunderstanding amongst the people that if a child pee on your clothes/body or your own pee falls on your clothes/body, Ghusl becomes farz, which is absolutely wrong.
